Accidentally left the cover for my saving book in branch and they took the time to mail it back to me. If that isn't quality customer service I don't know what is.

Quite disappointed as I’ve heard nothing but good things about YBS. Went in today to enquire about a savings account. Got the feeling that they didn’t want to speak to me and had me waiting quite a while. Even though I went in early. Happy to do it online. Little bit upset that I couldn’t speak to someone.

When visiting a YBS branch please make sure there’s enough space to allow two metres between you and any other person; this may mean waiting outside until other customers leave. We also ask that you wear a face covering to help us keep our customers and colleagues safe.
