My mother came into the store a few days ago and she had asked if someone can help her carry some bird seed to her car as she has a bad hip, and the women at the till (she had glasses and brown hair ) kindly went out of her way and offered to help her carry it to her car with no hesitation! she was very thankful of that great customer service and a great attitude All the staff are so friendly and a great store would highly recommend

Nice and tidy store with lovely helpful staff. Found what I wanted straight away and I was on my way again which was perfect since I was on a time limit and only had time for a quick stop. If I didn't have somewhere to be I could've easily spent a couple of hours in there!

Could be better shelves left un priced then I got 3 prs of pj's 2 without bottoms and also 1 lol toy had parts broken should have had a night gown with hood super warm n relaxing that wasn't there either I come to this shop constantly but must say there's another supplier to take your place so impress me ok

Called into the store for some bits & pieces. Always good value. We bought some chocs for Christmas, some cat food, coffee and kitchen rolls. Good customer service at the checkouts.?

This store isn't too far from Brighouse by car but depending on what you're after it could be a little trek as is about ¾ mile out on Bradford Road (which is also a First bus route 363)The shop itself is alright I suppose if you're desperate for a household item, as they have quite a range of food, toiletries and home decor but many products are no cheaper than any supermarket we've been to. However they are well stocked and have a great seasonal section including selling Christmas trees in their pots, a thumbs up for that.I do like their xlarge dark red nutcracker soldiers too they have for Christmas, around a tenner less than anywhere else at £18, so am popping back for one of those definitely. Otherwise it's an ok shop with disabled parking and entrance.There's also a Pets At Home across the shared carpark and a veterinary service there too, and with McDs just across the main road a bit further on, it's quite a busy little retail area.

This store is a gem!! It has the widest variety of goods, from good to home decor, from pet food to car stuff even crafting and toys.. It even has seasonal isles, so they don't just put items away in storage.. It's still on the shelves. There is something for everyone's budget, great reduced items.. It's my favourite go to store!! B&M one thing that personally I'd love to make my experience better... A little coffee shop, I'd stay longer and definitely spend more.

First time I have used it and was pleasantly surprised. Free car park. Plenty of produce covering a wide range. Staff helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy.

Never been to this store and boy was I surprised. The store had so much variations of stock and the staff was ever so helpful. Last but by far means least I was so amazed with the stores cleanliness. Well done everyone.
