Terrible care provider. The carers come at different times to suit them. It's far from person centred.They have caused UTIs by wiping back to front when providing personal care. They leave the house filthy. Her bed had the quilt pulled over a urine stained sheet. I have worked in the H&S care industry for over 30 years...
