“I visited the Castleford branch of Ellis Brigham as I was looking to buy some ski boots, I didn’t book in advance but the staff were more than happy to help. They talked me through the boot fitting process and explained why it’s important, then got on with custom fitting me a pair ski boots that ended up being absolutely perfect! Neve and Keith, two of the staff at Castleford, were brilliant and really knowledgeable - Made for a great experience!”

“I was utterly humiliated in another bra shop, after a member of staff kept pointing out my smaller bust size and making me feel so uncomfortable (saying "Oh" after seeing my bust during a bra fitting!) , so I left and went to Ann Summers instead. After being in tears, the staff at Ann Summers were incredibly comforting and helpful, especially Verity, who helped me find a bra that fit me perfectly and made me feel so much more confident. “Some good bargains here but it's all dependent on them having what you want and in the correct size. They didn't have the jacket I was looking for but my friend bought a jacket there. Lots of styles and choice at discounted prices and well worth a visit if you like the Babour brand.”

“Probably the best shop for t shirts and jeans for men, two changing rooms. Quite a good choice to look through. Just double check your sizes in jeans with the tags on them as I've been caught out once here. Normally a good choice of items here.”

“Love this store it’s large so has a lot to choose from, easy to find what your looking for has its all in different sections. Mens is near the door, kids and babies is down near the changing rooms and Womens fills the rest of the shop. Always sales on so easy to get some great deals and staff are always lovely.”

“Not a lot of room to get past people at this store as the aisles are tight. I wouldn't want to be visiting in a wheelchair, it would be extremely challenging to negotiate the aisles.It is really well stocked with a good range of brands for its size, it also offers a decent range of perfume and has a pharmacy. I'd recommend.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. I think that the clothing rails need to be reorganised. There was a selection of jackets that I liked in the under £10 range and when I went to pay for them they were both £17.50. This was misleading, if just one jacket was in the wrong place mistakes can occur, which I understand when customers like me wander round with items, but this was 5 jackets. ?”
