I would not recommend going here. Family went a few days ago to be told no you didn?t have them done here before and turned away. Left feeling very hurt and upset. Only 2 people in shop at the time not how to treat customers and potentially a returning customer. :( word of advice a person may look ok on the surface but you don?t know what that person is dealing with or going through so for you to send them away and speak to them like that your actions cause more harm then you think !

Super happy with my nails! First time walk-in and I was impressed with how speedy, efficient and organised they were. The lady doing my nails responded well to my last minute request to add nail art. They have a great selection of colours for fine nail art or tips to choose from. As you can see, she has a steady hand and took great care with the design. Would recommend!

Nails are fine. Service was a disgrace.The person doing my nails kept slapping my hands and mumbling to me.I'm hard of hearing, I had no idea if she was speaking to me directly or speaking a different language to the other staff. Then she point blank shouted at me to "STOP STARING" at her.So, I wasn't allowed to look at my own hands for the rest of the procedure for fear of being humiliated again.I felt like I was going to cry, I was so embarrassed.They speak in their own language to eachother but it's very easy to tell they are talking about you.I should have just got up and left.Horrible experience.Service: Manicure

Finally found a salon that can do my nails just the way I want them! Lee, his wife, and employee made me feel right at home in their salon. I've been missing my Vietnamese run nail salon since I arrived in England, but now I know exactly where to go to feel beautiful again! Lee did a fantastic job on my pink and white acrylic nails, paying careful attention to detail and making sure I liked his work every step of the way. No other salon I've visited even comes close to the job he did. His employee also did a fantastic job on my French gel toe nails. Highly, highly recommend for the service and the reasonable prices! My nails speak for themselves ??

Can?t give a 0 stars. I got my eyebrows done and am not happy with the service I received. I have had to wipe a lot of leftover tint when I arrived at work and have had it pointed out that I still have quiet a lot of stray hairs I know this is not your normal quality and I do not appreciate the way I was treated having a mask shoved in my face was not how a customer should be treated. after this you have lost me as a customer and I will be telling those I have recommended to you about my experience today. I asked for £5 of the £15 I paid back so I could go get my eyebrows fixed somewhere else and received aggressive message back calling me a lier and saying untrue facts left me speechless I have never complained when things have been a little off but this service was not what I asked for and bluntly talking about me in their language so I couldn?t understand but was pretty obviousService: Waxing

Just walked in, I like that I can understand them. And all I wanted was a nice clean on my hands and feet with a good massage. They did a wonderful Job on my womans hands and feet as far as nails go. ?Haven Nails is the best in Castleford

They are so sweet and polite here. They are great with my 10 year old, they make her laugh and have such wonderful personalities. The prices are great and the shellac lasts long too.Will be back Haven Nails
