Customer service is absolutely brilliant..Katie the young lady who served me did everything she said she would do ..I ordered som fly spray because it?s the only one that actually works ( but more expensive than others ) but definitely worth it.. there wasn?t any and stock wasn?t due for another 4/6 weeks ( Katie ) said she would ring me when it arrived and to my surprise she did ..brilliant what more could anyone ask

Called in this evening and great service as always at this branch. Served today by Carys, always friendly and greets you with a smile. Helpful in finding exactly what you need and offering alternatives, rather than waiting for a next day item.

We went to tool station Castleford to get radiators and boiler, valves, pipe etc. I?m not a plumber and didn?t really know what I actually needed. The 3 girls behind the counter sorted my order for me straight away no problem. They were polite and patient and professional. Well impressed will go again.

Brilliant staff at the Castleford branch, friendly and polite, they help take your order to the car which is a great help when it?s a large order, I now prefer to use tool station over screwfix because of the service from staff.
