The staff are very knowledgeable, they seem to help so many customers with a huge variety of questions and services. As a person new to the area I have found thier help invaluable. Yes there is often a line of customers which moves along quickly which shows just how efficient the staff are.

It's ok, but what let's it down is the lack of staff, then you can waiting ages to seen.

Standard town post office, if it's busy expect to be waiting a while. It's a shame that so many of the local village post offices have closed meaning I (and most others by the looks of things) have to make the trip to town to use this post office. The service is generally friendly and helpful, it just always seems to be slow due to the volume of people.
