God forbid, my airfryer breaks into a fire becuase of argos not returning it despite me saying it smells chemically, like plastic when food heats up. Wouldn't even give them one star. Don't ever go to Argos for your electric items. My airfryer was making the food smell like plastic and metal, therefore I took it to Argos where they suggested I got in touch with the manufacture as it it still in warranty. I have got in touch with the manufacturer and they advised to go back to Argos for a full return,refund exchange. So I go back to Argos and show them this is what the manufacturer is saying and they still refuse to give me a return. Bear in mind I have tried every method of deep clean (CIF, lemon with baking soda, detergent vinegar and bicarbonate of soda and elbow grease. If the manufacture is apologising on Argos behalf and saying they should offer me a return, then I don't know why Argos is not agreeing. NEVER SHOP AT ARGOS.

I had a collection planned driver collected I received an email a few minutes later saying I cancelled the collection which I didn't. Turns out I was scammed by the driver and he now has a brand new xbox series x. How is this ok? I've been told to wait for a few days but I will be ringing police about it. The driver is from Dewsbury/Argos.

Dewsbury Argos the staff on there I have dealt with are not helpful at all I went to return my kettle the guy got a bottle water to test it was leaking and then did not exchange went back the next day ask it was leaking after boiling so the girl boiled the kettle and it was leaking explained it doesn't leak straight away. The middle age lady she started saying it's our policy we can't exchange even after we pay money for the care guarantee. This has caused me so much stress with one item. I ended up calling the complaint team and now have to call the domestic and appliance team so much headache for something with 3 yr care guarantee. Be careful before purchasing as it's just a big drama.

Pro Fitness Folding Workout Bench.Absolutely waste of money. Bought a week ago had a chance to assemble it now and very disappointed. Dents, paint particles sticking to hands when you grab weights (even after washing it several times). Brilliant can't ask from a £159 machine. Many thanks ??Not recommended! Buy at your own risk ?

The worst Argos store by far, unfriendly staff, before you even explain the issue they?ve already made their mind up that they won?t refund, when you try and explain they look at you all daft, when you show them the receipt they say they don?t need to see it.Went to the Birstall store so much more friendlier, staff listened to the issue, had a look at problem and straightaway exchanged for another. When I told him what happened at dewsbury store he just rolled his eyes and said ?your not the only one to say that?

I visited Argos Dewsbury in Sainsbury's today to return items. Highly impressed with customer service received from young man who served me. So cheerful, polite and helpful. Thank you . Whilst instore I decided to shop and found the brilliant service continued throughout the store. Another Thank you to the young man who served me on checkout 9. Again, so cheerful and helpful .I was reluctant to make the 30 mile round trip but so pleased I did. Thankyou for brightening my day.
