I was served by a lady named Julia Hunter and I have to give her 5 stars in every measure there is.I was in a rather peculiar situation with the purchase of a vehicle and didn't know how it would look with my trusted bank. As soon as I started talking with Julia I could feel her desire to help from the beginning and felt no judgement for being in the position I found myself in. She was very professional, understanding and helpful; everything you would like to see.A very well deserved 5 star review and I hope to see more Lloyds assistants like Julia in every branch they have.
