“Colleauges were very helpful when i asked for help with some heavy bags of cement and sand after i have pulled my back ( im a young 32 year old and generally fit and able to lift myself) so cannot lift them, marcus and becky i believe they were called were both extremely helpful.they explained that current covid rules mean they should not help any customer with products to my vehicle. but they helped me anyway.my main reason for writing this review is because the customer in front of me some entitled woman was being very rude and obnoxiuos on the and from looking at the reviews she has given a long 1 star review (yes roos K google review works both ways) this was taken far out of context from this....persons point of view. from where i was stood the team did everything they could to help this customer even after all the abuse she gave them.thank you wickes dewsbury for being helpful and kind and having to put up with customers who feel they have the right hurl abuse at you becuase they are paying for your goods. we're not all like that. and thank you for staying open during the entire lockdown period providing us with essentials we need to repair our property.”
