Visited this store to buy some numbered balloons for my mum's birthday. When I arrived home I somehow managed to pop one of the numbers and stupidily hadn't asked for a receipt! I went back down to the store expecting to pay for a replacement however this was not the case and I was provided with one free of charge. Fantastic, friendly service, thank you!
