Very efficient and obliging, as I had to ring and change an appointment, because my daughter could not get a baby sitter as job centre would not let her change her appointment.

I would like to thank Asima and Sara for helping me with my contact lenses fitting. I've had a life long fear of contact lenses and on my first fitting I basically failed and was convinced I cannot do it. But Asima and Sara helped me on the 2nd appointment and they were very helpful, kind, and encouraging! They absolutely gave me the confidence that I can do it. They are both an asset to your store! Brilliant customer service!

Absolute waste of my time and being told on the phone was "an emergency appointment " paid extra for 3d scan to get no result from them for them to say oh ur due a test 3 months ?

Staff need some training in civility and general politeness. Is my previous comment which still applies. I spent £182 on a pair of glasses and needed a lanyard to hang them round my neck which was £ 2.50 No attempt at good customer satisfaction they actually charged me for that too. Saying " that's ok" and giving it would have gone a long way in customer relations / satisfaction 3 stars is my attempt at generosity.

A positive experience overall.I chose Comfit William spectacles which I'm generally happy with except for the saddle bridge which tends to stick to nose due to type of plastic used.

Staff are all really friendly and helpful. First time using Specsavers in Dewsbury and I will definitely use them from now on. Very reasonable prices for the glasses too and lots of choice of frames

They charge for the anti glare tints on children's glasses (Asda opticians do not charge anything on children's glasses) also no buy one get one free offer on children's glasses which is a great shame.

I have glaucoma which specsavers found two, maybe two and a half years ago, thank you, I am somewhat surprised as to the advice given, contact lenses or glasses, having done my own research.

I suffer with severe mental health issues and cannot deal with crowds or busy places the staff at Dewsbury have gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in store providing me a safe space away from the waiting room and also helping me with getting the perfect pair of spectacles amazing staff amazing service and I will be going instore again thank you Dewsbury staff.
