Spent around £128 a week ago buying clothing for my grandsons. One of them couldn't get into the Adidas track suit I bought so I took it back. "Sorry we don't give refunds, just exchange or a credit note"A dodgy practice by Sports Direct!! I don't want to shop there again but I need to spend the credit note!!

Will find what i am looking for and purchased hiking footwear, backpack and all weather gear. Reasonable prices and quality fine though not the best it does the job for short trips and cannot complain, parking is 5 pence for 30 minutes and has to be the cheapest around.

Pop in to sports direct every now and then. Always find what I?m looking for but could do with better organization. Looks understaffed also as there is clothes always lying around here and there. The counter service is very slow as they are never adequate number of staff.

There were only 3 members of staff that I could see. One was with a customer, one was busy chatting with her friend and the one I approached for help didn't, "do footwear ". I was planning on spending just over £100 but had to put it all back . The store was quite dirty too. Won't be returning.

Do not buy anything from sports direct online. They take your money and then take a week to process the order. They advertise products that they don't have in stock so that they have your money in their bank for a couple of weeks. They also use Hermes/evri to deliver their products, they cannot be trusted with parcels and certainly not with people's data. Whenever I have got something delivered by them I have received dodgy phone calls wanting my bank account details. Their online store is a con.

Shocking staff at this branch....attitude of Asian staff particularly. Slam items on counter talk down to customer....I felt that strongly about this that I complained to head office.
