Sometimes somewhere network doesn't work , like you have to wait till it revive, most important issue I faces on maps while I am on the road and can't go anywhere because I don't know the roads here ,can't go anywhere without map..

My OnePlus phone had bricked itself, refusing to charge and refusing to power on. I went into the Three store in Dewsbury and was assisted by Helen. She confirmed that I could do an early upgrade, but that was expensive. She also explained that I have 2 years warranty with the manufacture. Also Helen gave me all of the information I would need to be able to contact OnePlus to start my warranty repair/replacement request.Superb customer service, happy customer who now, will probably not leave Three when my current contract ends.

Don't buy anything from three!!Be aware people, this is the worst company in UK.The internet is rubbish and the customer service is horrible.I tried to get my refund and they said I need to wait at least one month to start the process.Also, I knew someone who got fraud many times from Three and no one said something about it.You will waste your time and money buying from them.

Needed help urgently to sort out my broadband contract, due to a complication. Went to the Dewsbury shop, very pleased with the service from Helen, first class. A big thank you from us.
