It's gone 10pm & still no 2hr delivery time slot another full day will be lost at work & last month the same it arrived well after 4pm no txt to say they need to sort things out it's so frustrating & in reliable with the this is a none reply service.You email them you get nothing the NHS are wasting money with these people

Appallingly and frustratingly awful. Insist you use their 'portal' to book deliveries which then continuously says 'invalid request'. When phoning, its always a call centre experience with a robotic voice saying 'it hasn't been authorised yet' or 'we haven't received the script'...Every single time???? ...I can't face... read full comment
