What great service Garforth Mail Office provide. Phil has been our local postman for years and is friendly and has always provided great customer service. Nothing has ever been too much to ask. I don?t know the gentleman?s name who collects parcels from us on a daily basis (Pease of Garforth) but again what great customer service. Comes everyday, always friendly and approachable. We?d be lost with you guys! Huge thank you, keep up the great work and well done!Customer service 10/10Communication 10/10Reliability 10/10

Mail not turning up and parcels are been made a priorityHad to request an urgent letter to be sent again as not received after 2wks and again this letter has not arrived.I?ve received 1 lot of mail in the past month and that was junk mail?Something is not right as mail shouldn?t go missing!

Delivery office only open for 2 hours a day whilst I am out at work. This is only a low value item and why they can?t leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour is beyond me.

Rubbish. Only open 8-10am Mon to Fri.Get a private company in to run it. This is the 21st century and customers really do matter.

Open 2 hours a day... What's the point? Between 8am and 10am during the working week is pointless for most people who work. The most ridiculous place ever

SHOCKING A redirection is in place for my late mother. No mail redirected so having contacted customer services twice; I was told that this office had the labels and were been used! So, the flat now empty I sent two envelopes to the old address as tests. Neither were re-directed. Access was granted to the empty flat. One a card envelope was not present, the other a letter [the test] was at the flat. Therefore, the manager who offered the info to the redirection team doesn't have a clue. Strange how the card never arrived. Make of that what you will. NO TRUST IN THE MANAGEMENT NOR THE POSTMAN CHECKING AND USING RE-DIRECTION LABELS. A complaint is a waste of time with royal mail. Never fully investigate and managers who simply pay lip service to requests. DISGRACEFUL WHEN SOMEONE HAS PASSED AWAY. If I could have givem negative stars I would.

Verry disappointed with this office. It is normal practice for them to not send out parcels and just send out a card so thatvthey do not have to carry them. This means you have no opportunity to receive your parcel that day.

Not impressed with them lately. I have been waiting for some important papers, posted by Recorded Delivery 10 days ago. Not delivered despite some mail delivered yesterday.2 phone calls unanswered today, so I personally went to the Garforth Sorting Office. The initial reaction was that if I didn't have a non delivery card posted then they wouldn't have the package. Then he asked for a reference to track it - but I didn't send it!Eventually he asked for my address and came back with the package and 5 other envelopes for my address with correspondence dated 8 days ago!I can appreciate that Covid will impact and there have been Bank Holidays, but it seems to me that they are not delivering every day and clearly keeping post back.

Slow service and Garforth p.o does not like talking to people not open long enough. No one their to answer phone either. I had a parcel due today and not recieved it what happened to working for the public. Instead of hiding and not answering the phone .

Is that difficult to pick up the bloody phone? Waiting for parcel I payed extra money for first class next day delivery. 7th day and no parcel arrived.

Awful parking (there basically is none), Incredibly slow, and the hours they are open are useless if you work weekdays (you get a 3 hour opportunity on Saturday morning)! Plus I've been before and been given someone else's parcels (as well as my own), luckily for the intended recipient, I'm honest and realised before I set off!
