Lovely mid sized store. Always go for my prescriptions and the staff regularly go above and beyond with their service. Plenty of free parking, wheelchair accessible store, seating available if needed and a private consultation area if you need to speak to the pharmacist in private.

On bank holiday Monday 28 August 2023 I visited the pharmacist. Excellent and very quick service from a Male pharmacist who checked whether I required a private room & advised on the issue & on product to assist. Highly recommend this pharmacist.

Lovely store, great staff, always have what I need. However it does not open on time. This has been the fifth time in the last month the doors are still closed after 8.00am due to the pharmacist not present. I spoke to the manager today about this and she explained fully the reasons why this would/could be and it does seem to be out of the stores control. All I can ask is pharmacists...please turn up to work on time, the rest of the staff do.

Very handy Boots on the A65 at Guiseley. It's housed in an old Burger King building, which makes it very easy to pop into and out of, when travelling in your car. It has its own car park, which I have never known to be completely full.It did offer a drive through prescription service which was very quick, though I haven't used this in a while, so I cannot vouch for it still being open for this. Prescriptions can be fulfilled by going into the shop, too.It is obviously not the size of a city centre Boots, and consequently there is not the same level of stock, but it has all supplies you would expect from a small town sized pharmacy, with the advantage of Boots' prices, which are very good on their own brand goods.I usually go in for toiletries, first aid kit supplies, toothbrush heads, items needed when travelling, non-prescription medicines, and cold drinks / sandwiches - the usual things you would find in all Boots.Staff have always been friendly. Now the till near the door is available, it does not take long to get served for regular purchases, prescriptions do take a little longer as it is usually quite busy at that counter.Highly recommend coming here.

I?m still currently sat in the store waiting on my prescription. It has been an hour now and I?ve been told it?ll still be a little longer and to sit down. Really unacceptable service.

Had to go pick a prescription from Boots in GUISELEY today.I was greeted by a lovely lady at the counter and when I explained my reason for being there went straight to the pharmacist. She explained it would take a few minutes. I had gone in just after they had opened so expected a little wait.It wasn't long before the pharmacist came out with my medication. He explained everything, how and when it was to be taken etc - something my usual chemist has never done! Both members of staff I dealt with were very polite, helpful and friendly throughout my visit.Highly recommended the store and am even thinking of changing from my usual chemist.Excellent service

Come on Boots! Dopey staff, "rabbit in the headlights" look on their faces. Gaps on the shelves, no stock of what I wanted. Who's managing this store, Jerry Lewis?

It's a pharmacy, but under staffed, so irritatingly slow. Their retail products are expensive, so I shop for them at the local German supermarket...

And then when i do ask for my meds its not ready. This is not good enough. Second time its happen where i felt ignored by customer service and was assured the first time this happen to give the shop another chance. My mistake leason learnt wont be coming here again!

This Boots has a drive thru which is great but when busy everybody holds everybody else up due to its cramped location . It was very busy being a weekend and I had to turn into the car park and turn left across the front of store . I found one disabled parking bay and had to turn my car around in the drive thru lane(which is the only way you can) and hold everybody up whilst I did so ,! For me the bays a bit tight . Most people were going in on foot having parked up , but it was too busy for me in a big wheelchair ,so a member of my family went in for me .The door is adjacent to the parking bay and access is flat and level .Staff are great I'm told but I decided to shop in the week as when coming back out there is one exit onto a busy A65 roundabout and you may have to wait a whileI have returned since and used the drive thru ! It was raining heavily and not wheelchair weather . Having confirmed with the shop I drove my large mini bus around to window one and delivered my prescription. Then onto window two to collect ! I didn?t get wet once .Just need to bear in mind that this Boots was not made as a drive thru but adapted from something else .Please note tho that the drive thru is NOT always open . Bit of a lottery !!!staff shortages

The drive thru perscription service used to be brilliant but they don?t do it anymore, queues in store are long and the pharmacy counter busy with people waiting so hard to keep any distance which is a shame for the vulnerable. Please bring back drive thru
