They rang me a couple of hours before my windscreen repair and left a message saying they couldn't do it because of the weather and I should reschedule. As I live 15 mins drive away they must have a had some really bad localised weather.They didn't leave a number I could contact them on. There is no number on google maps for Guiseley. So I've now spent the last 20 mins on hold with customer services trying to sort out another booking.

Came here to grab a new bulb and get it fitted. The two guys, Luke and Ollie were super helpful and very efficient. They had the bulb fitted in no time. A great service and hassle free. Will definitely come back again!

The 5 stars are for the Guiseley branch!! Outstanding. I ordered 2 new bulbs and paid extra to have them fit at the Harrogate store. I arrived and they showed me to a drive in garage and the guy changed both bulbs. I drop away (daytime) thankful that my lights were working. I drive down country roads for almost all my journey to and from work. I noticed quite quickly that the left bulb was not working properly. I was struggling to see anything. I called the customer service number who told me to go to my nearest store with my receipt and they would fix it. The two you men working there this evening were amazing!! Not only had the original guy put the bulb in wrong, not clipped the bulb setting back in correctly he had also left the discarded bulbs under my bonnet!! The Guiseley staff are and were amazing! A credit to the company! Harrogate may need some more training!

Amazing. Called in to Guisley for a bulb and oil. I didn?t know which bulb it was as an alert flashed up on dashboard. The guy serving me had it all sorted in 5 mins and I was on my way. Can?t fault the service at all.

Careful they don?t honour their car battery warranty at the Guiseley branch. So approximately 1 year ago i bought a van battery Yuasa (5 year guarantee) took it back to Halfords guiseley a few week as its been loosing AMPs anyway they put the Yuasa battery tester on it and said i can?t return it because volts was correct so i spoke to manager they agreed with guy on counter obviously? They clearly don?t understand how batteries work very unprofessional? so anyway i took it to Bradford foster square branch the guy on the counter was much more knowledgeable understood the difference between VOLTS and AMPERAGE not only did he use the Yuasa battery checker on it which showed battery was ok he then proceeded to check it with a Multi meter he detected battery was down on AMPS and swapped it immediately for me. Never will enter Guiseley store again have reported the matter to trading standards now.
