I received great advice and the delivery was on time and efficient. Although it took several weeks from the order to delivery, I was kept informed through the entire journey and given options to change the delivery date and time. The installation team was great and took great care as the staircase was a little tight for the new mattress but they did it with no damage. They noticed that the headboard was damaged in transit and immediately ordered a new one for me so that I wasn't inconvenienced at all. I had confirmation the same day of the replacement delivery. Excellent experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
