“I always feel a bit nervous heading into garages as a new driver but Stephen and the team were all so lovely and reassuring. I could see them all working hard and despite their heavy work loads I didn't feel like an after thought! I've never had such a lovely customer experience before. My technician Joshua did a great job switching all my tyres out for me and checking my alignment. I found it really useful to recieve the report online about how my original wheels were. Hopefully I'll be all set for the upcoming winter time but if I have any issues in the future I know where I'll be coming back to! ?”

“I ordered the passenger front tow hook from Thornton Breakers for my US built Nissan Frontier. Why Nissan only installs one tow hook in the front is beyond me when the body cutout and mounting holes are already there. I was fortunate that Nissan puts the opposite side tow hook on the UK version of the Frontier/Navara. When I reached out, they knew exactly what I was looking for and had it shipped out within a couple days. The part arrived by DHL and it was very well packaged. I'm sure that if I need any other parts that I can't find or get in the US, I will be reaching out again!”

“Great service, after being let down by recovery and emergency tyre services with 5 hour wait times I managed to get my punctured car to Halfords by 6pm, Rob (apologies if I got the name wrong) pulled out all the stops to overcome the lease company authorisation wait time and hunt out a tyre (even though shown as our if stock on their system) and have me back on the road by 740pm this saving my next days lessons and tests.
