Absolutely appalling service all-round. If you want to be interrogated and questioned I would highly recommend, they seem to treat you as if you are inferior and like some sort of cattle.

I'm sorry to say, but I've just called here and there are 5 or 6 rats running around the fork lift truck/delivery area. I have informed the local environmental health team due to this.
