Bit of a con
Offer a return if you?re not happy with you?re purchase,but fail to tell you you have to buy a mattress protector (over £60 and crap,not worth the money doesn?t even stay on the bed) and you have to pay £50 to return the mattress which the failed to mention when buying, I also had to help lift as one of the guys sat in the van on the phone,rang dreams customer service and was told it wasn?t down to them that I would have to take it up with the delivery firm
Erm don?t you employ them to deliver your beds,you should sort it out dreams

Once they have taken your money they don?t seem to care

i am absolutely fuming.
I've ordered an airbed which arrived faulty I've been sent a return label and sent the item back. it's been over 2 weeks and still no refund as Dreams states they haven't received it. customer service is a joke and non responsive!!!! I've lost £100 - no mattress nor money !!!

very bad service wrong bed turned up foot missing and then had to wait one hour and 5 minutes to talk to someone to sort out the mess I will never be using dream's again sent almost £2000 treat very bad not Happy dreams should be ashamed with way they treat their customers
