Parts not in stock in the Halifax branch so they said they had them at the Huddersfield branch and so they reserved them. When I travelled all the way to Huddersfield the assistant knew nothing about the part and said they don't even stock the item. I doubt I will ever use them in the future. Very frustrating ?

Called in last month was spoken to very rudely. Also I asked for prices and was given 1 price that was the most expensive. Not happy as a loyal customer.

Fast and friendly service from the guy at the counter. He was very knowledgeable about the stock and parts needed. No queuing for ages for the parts like previous Euro Car parts I've been too.

Have been here multiple times, staff are very friendly and helpful both on the phone and over the counter prices usually aren't competitive but the deals are, so it's definitely worth catching the deals if you're not needing parts urgently.

Good but sold me wrong parts. I'll be taking them back for a refund. Didn't put I'd of car on receipt so might be in for a battle.
