While fitting a new bath, my plumber discovered our shower tray had broken ?Ordered a replacement online with promised 5 day delivery, but the firm let us down and I was at my wits end. The lovely Anita at Halifax Plumbers Merchants took my enquiry about stock, and rang around local contacts to track down a replacement to arrive the next day. Stunning service. She made it really easy, and saved us time, energy and plumbers bills for extra time. It's just a small shop, but with good networks and the staff are very kind and thoughtful. Can't recommend enough.

I purchased a shower riser kit and was advised that I would be able to return should the product not fit.The part received did not match the dimensions that I had given.When I returned the item that was not fit for purpose I was then charged a 20% handling fee. I paid initially in cash but they wanted to refund me by card???Not the best experience I've ever had. Will not use again!!!!!!!!Customer after service is non existent.

My partner who was a complete novice in plumbing went to this plumbers merchants hopeful that they would give advice. We have ended up having to get a replacement shower as the one they gave was the wrong size, we have also had to replace the shower screen as they gave us the wrong size of this too (we are still, over a week later waiting for a refund for this!). Upon collecting the suite in the first place the merchants forgot to give us the radiator that we had bought and paid for and when we queried this, my partner was treated as though he was lying and told they needed to check CCTV - what kind of customer service is that?! The quality of the furniture itself I cannot fault, however in terms of customer service and our experience with this merchants, it has been incredibly disappointing

I purchased Duravit toilets from thus merchant. The toilets came quickly and I had no problem with the service. I like using this company as they provide me with everything I need, including advice. My plumber wasn't sure about some of the fixings and so rang the company ? all the needed info was given and I now have 4 sparkly new bathrooms in my home.

When I used this plumbing merchants recently I found that it had changed hands. I met the lady who owns it now and found her to be very pushy, thrusting bathroom brochures into my hands........we were in there for a radiator! She seems very happy to take your money and offers very poor after sales service! Will not be using again!

Very disappointed customerI have never written a review before, but would hate for anyone to receive the service I have received from Haliafax Plumbers. Received a faulty product. When asking for an exchange the owner did not want to know, she was keen to pass on the blame and was extremely unprofessional. Very poor customer service and I would highly advise that you do not use Halifax Plumbers.

Had everything I needed ... I bought two bathrooms for a rental property I am renovating. The staff took time to go over what I needed and worked out an excellent price.
