Don't put yourself through it, the staff are lovely but the pharmacist is a complete narcissist who can never take responsibility for any mistakes. I rang today to cancel covid jabs due for this Saturday. The lady who I spoke to had a really friendly telephone manner. Thanks for your help, if we lived local we would definitely use your pharmacy.
