Shocking service, priority on delivery orders, waited 25mins for food, with only about 4 customers waiting for food at counter. Got a cold half cup of coffee as it's made straight away and sat 20 mins while the food is eventually made. Also rock hard pancakes and paper knives and folks are absolutely useless.

Got the details of my order wrong 3 times despite me being 1 of 2 customers. The woman serving couldn't be bothered to cut off her conversation with her colleagues, I were shocked to see one were her manager. She cut me off when I were trying to tell her my order hadn't processed due to a problem with their machine.After... read full comment
