Appalling!!!My young granddaughter had done everything that had been asked in preparation for her new fish. Full of excitement the family went back to PETS AT HOME HALIFAX, their sample of water in hand to prove that all preparations were in place and the tank was ready.They entered the store at around 6.30 which gave 90 minutes for the catching of the chosen fish and any further advice from the staff to be given before closing time.As there were no other customers they approached a member of staff, informing that person that they had come to buy fish. What a HUGE disappointment it was for my poor little granddaughter, to be told that as there were only 2 members of staff on duty, they were unable to sell fish! Seriously?!Appalling!!!
