Online purchases are a lottery. Could be the system is to blame and not necessarily the staff. In any case poor communication led to a Timber shortfall. Frustrating for both parties.

Poor customer service from shop staff. Make you stand and wait as if your not there. Also speak to you with attitude. Definitely would not have them dealing with my customers.
