Trying to update my insured cars on the MID but have no access for close to 2 weeks.Called today to find out that this business has ceased trading.Insurance policy still valid & underwritten elsewhere through the broker I used but no time frame for MID access.Not happy with this & not good enough communication.

I?ve been unable to get onto the MID to update my vehicle list. Tried calling and no answer, no answer to emails and the recorded message says they are no longer trading. No letters or emails received. Absolutely shocking!!!
