The perfect place for fans of 'Last of the Summer Wine', but still a nice and friendly, cosy little café even if you aren't. A great find on a cold and wet afternoon. If you're looking for "Sid's Café' in particular, be aware that the "Sid" part is hard to spot. ?

Hi me and my husband went to sids cafe yesterday for tea and cake and I have to say we were very disappointe. My scone was dry the cream wasn't proper clotted cream just double cream whipped up. Sid’s Cafe is the cafe made famous by the long running BBC comedy series Last of the Summer Wine. We are a real cafe selling hot and cold drink, sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes, homemade soup, scones and homemade cakes. We also sell a variety of souvenirs.
