Visited the Harpurhey manchester shop today to return a item that didn't fit.I went home and removed the tag by mistake before I tried it on thinking it being a size 12 it would fit me.The lady in charge refused to take it back because it was their policy, I wasn't aware of this and should have been told before I bought... read full comment
