Under new ownership & the service is brilliant, I ordered my prescription a few days before I collected it & I was not waiting long at all, in fact I was in & out within 5/10 minutes, excellent service & friendly lady who served me with a smile , keep up the good work ??????????

If there was 0 stars I would give them just that! Dreadful customer service and the inside of the premises is a mess. I have had two separate dispensing errors this week one for my prescription and one for my mums which I am staggered at given the importance of getting medicines right and the potential harm this could cause. I suggest if you are using this pharmacy you check your packages before leaving.Bring back Lloyds and the lovely pharmacist we used to have who cared about their customers. When I mentioned the two dispensing errors I was told I could always go elsewhere and they were busy.Having worked in the nhs dealing with serious incidents (sometimes caused by a dispensing error) this concerns me massively.

This chemist is a terrible representation of the Lloyds company. All my visits and phone calls have been consistently terrible - the long queues are agonising, and to make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It's baffling how they can treat customers this way, especially in a healthcare setting. This place needs a serious overhaul in terms of customer service and efficiency. I strongly advise against going here if you value your time and expect courteous treatment.

Absolutely dreadful. Waits of over 25 minutes, queues out of the door, prescriptions ?blocked? on the computer necessitating a visit to the surgery to obtain a code so they can download the prescription then another 25 minute queue to give them the code, then another long wait whilst they dispense it. Chaos!! The excuse is that the chemist is being ?transferred to new ownership? but this shambles has been going on for over a month. The surgery told me they?re being inundated with problems with the pharmacy. Along with many others I?m changing my nominated pharmacy- at this rate they?ll have no customers left by the time they sort themselves out - if they ever do! The new staff are also very unfriendly as well as useless. I will never use them again.

Service was very slow?staff more interested in talking to a member of the public who was actually stood behind the counter where the prescriptions are made up?should he have been there ?General poor service?you need to improve

I am trying to phone them, after several attempts it rings twice and is automatically cut off every time - what a service!

Be prepared to wait about 30mins for then to find the prescription is with them, then another 30 for dispensing. Multiply by people in front of you. Go elsewhere

Terrible. I?ve been using this pharmacy for many years and it continues to disappoint.I order my prescription straight from the GP, it gets sent to the pharmacy. I then wait 48 hrs (!?!) for it to be prepared. When I turn up to collect it, there are usually 3-4 people behind the counter (somewhere) when they finally come out to serve, they seem to have to search through every single prescription that?s stored behind the counter before telling me that some of it isn?t in stock. And that?s after you?ve had to wait behind everyone else going through the same.My advice - Mitchell?s on New Road Side.Or Pharmacy2U

many of the complaints are about having to wait for a few minutes to get their medication, i also see reviews on McDonalds where people have complained about their food delivery driver not willing to climb the steps of a 20 story building because lift is broken and its been out of order for years and asked the buyer to meet at the entrance.standing up is actually good for your back, and a form of exercise, i have multiple fractures in my back and although it hurts i consider waiting/standing in or outside the shop a form of exercise that ultimately will help me feel better. I dunno, standing with vigor while you're waiting, do some breathing exercises and try to make the experience a beneficial one. resorting to anger(blood pressure)is bad for your health.Generally just calm down and wait you turn.

switched to this pharmacy after medication was magically going missing at the previous pharmacy. its much further away from than the previous pharmacy and costs me a fortune in taxi fares but its more than worth it than having to deal with the aggressive and rude sales person/ people who when asked why the security seal is broken on neck of the bottle,(back then my meds were in liquid form) became hyper aggressive.Anyway this branch of Lloyds seems to have stricter drug control procedures here, I think its one of the reasons it can take a while to get my medication dispensed. I think there is only two people with authorisation to dispense my medication. Either way as long as it helps my medication stay genuine or prevents tablets going missing here and there or genuine strips from the manufacturer being switched with counterfeit ones then I am happy.-if all the staff were like the head pharmacists I also think he is the owner then I think there would be queue's of customers all around Horsforth. ;) I mean they are already busy but if everyone was served by the owner they would probably exclusively use this pharmacy from then on. having a nice attitude goes a long way to retaining customers and our friend here at lloyds would be bailing out lloyds the bank not the tax payer funded Bank of England when there is a financial crisis.

Swanky pharmacy. Owner takes prides in their appearance, not a spec of dust anywhere. Large selection of products and prescription side of things seems to finally be on the mend. More staff, and they work incredible tough hours. Please spare the thought. Especially in this weather, ive starting getting my controller medication within 20 mins again which is great for as I like to spend as little time cooped up in confined spaces as possible.Again thank you guys.

Extremely busy, and if it was mine I?d consider it a gold mine, (no pun intended)staff are tired so I try not to get them to do things too engaging. I particularly like the head chemist, he is ultra knowledgeable and radiates niceness. It?s a shame he doesn?t serve more as my experience is always a pleasant one, and the those bundle of smiles. Yes I can see them through the face mask.I was initially in the annoyed camp as it?s fairly important I take my meds on time, it?s not easy for me to change pharmacists as most of them don't stock my this particularly brand and/or would not want to stock this kind of medicine, and would need to order them in adding to delays. I?m sticking to this pharmacy as the last few times went smoothly enough. I will be collecting my meds at 7:30am on friday this week. I?m sure you all recognise me by now :)Also ignore the haters you can?t please everyone. To give you an example of how busy they are There?s been times I?ve queued for 30 min, the shops been completely full and the staff have been working flat out so I can?t blame them. The good news is they have more staff more. Keep up the good work guy I can notice a big improvement and thanks you for doing my meds quickly last time as god knows what state is have been. In if they were not done earlier than expected.x

What is the point of having a phone if they don't answer, very poor customer service.
