Selling returned items as NEW and dont bother to check why it was returned too, as i had two items clearly opened both faulty from the box and clearly returned for refund! marked unpacked... been today again and same thing £200 item with seals broken!!! they dont even argue with this and its common for argos to do this from what i found on the net! needs reporting to trade standards

After an absolute headache of 8 months dealing with DPD by them delivering to the wrong store then excepting no responsibility I was kindly reached out to by the staff at argso to resolve the issue and In less then a week I now have the item back.This is far beyond anything they needed to do but they helped me anyway contrast been quick easy and without issue.There a credit to argos as a whole

Ordered online to be picked up at Sainsbury's Shorehead Huddersfield. Got an email next day to say the order was cancelled but could order again! Rang the store to get a tape saying, this store doesn't have an Argos!

Wouldn't even give it a one star. Three members of staff on only one doing anything others hiding in the back pretending to be busy. After a long wait for an order I had payed for got to the assistant and have my number .to be told I couldn't pick it up while four. It was half three . I asked if she could get it from the back. But lied to my face saying it had not been delivered yet. But I had checked and they had plenty in stock . I wouldn't have minded as much if she had not lied about it and I had been waiting twenty minutes to be severed just to be told rudley to come back later. Lesson learned not to go anywhere near the place .

Called this evening to collect an order. Initially ignored by both members of staff, they then dealt with other customers who had come after me and then one of the staff walked by me, ignored me and then disappeared round the back, never to be seen again! The other assistant then eventually acknowledged me and I collected my order. Appalling service - it will be a long time before I arrange to collect anything from Sainsbury's Shore Head store again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Went to the Argos today to pick up table and 4 chairs and also a mirror the young lady called Chloe was so helpful to us just would like to give her a mention and say thank you for the good service we received from her.
