Sadly, what is not mentioned are toilet facilities in your store.After visiting today I went into 3 stores on this industrial area to shop and found all three had no facilities available to the public. In fact I was directed to Dunhelm Store if I needed a toilet, it is not acceptable regardless of circumstances to have no accessible means on site!

Before buying anything you want delivered you should try call their customer service department. You might be waiting two hours for someone to answer and they haven't got a clue about deliveries.
