Wanted to buy this specific teddy bear from the Kingsgate store and they didn't have it so a staff named Jess called the store at New Street to hold it for me. I never asked her to but she went above and beyond to help a customer and saved me a journey from walking up just in case they didn't have it in stock. Very much appreciated and all the staff are super helpful and friendly!”
