This is my favourite petrol station,the guy behind the counter,who possibly owns it, is always friendly and cheers all the customers up with jokes and sometimes songs .

Went in to drop off a parcel to post. I found the woman behind the till came across a bit too overfamiliar in her comment to me and then started arguing with me when I addressed this. The male assistant hovering behind her did nothing to try and help the situation either. Not a very professional impression or pleasant customer experience.

I've never left a review for a fuel station before, but today, I stopped at Reinwood on my way way to Liverpool.The man who served me in the kiosk made my day.A funny, happy, friendly guy who literally had everyone laughing.A great way to start the day!

When I buy fuel it is normally the price...This is on the way out of town and not the cheapest.But how can I give it 5 stars ..Well.After filling up, entering the shop to pay and the chap smiled. Having visited previously. This is a first..A pleasant conversation, with genuine interest. I left emotionally recharged!!Ready to join the M62 car park....
