After damaging my glasses in a fall I had a very friendly but professional eye examination ( a little earlier than it was due but at their suggestion so I didn’t purchase new ones as my prescription could change) and helpful advice in choosing a new pair of glasses. All the staff were so kind and accommodating and my new glasses were ready in a just a few days. Communication was very good . I would highly recommend this opticians . I love my new glasses. “Having tried Boots opticians twice, with quite disappointing service, Dolland and Aitchison my preferred option,and others, but now closed !So on an impulse I dropped in on Vision Express, and was very pleasantly surprised, the staff were all very kind, it was a happy atmosphere, and when choosing frames etc. the assistant was verypatient and knowledgable .
