“This store has a baby room which allows mothers to change their baby or sit and breast or bottle feed. It comes complete with a rocking chair with stool. I have to say I’m impressed as this made my shopping experience with my baby so much better as I was able to feed them and continue with my shopping instore! Thanks Matalan. If only more stores could be like you”

“1. The store is horribly maintained mainly because of the shoppers just trying to find things and throw it on the floor.2. Continuously the staffs have to keep arranging3. Size is not available for most of the newly arrived clothes4. Not much collections for 3 - 4 weeks straight5. It says the store closes by 6 but the fitting room closes by 5.30 - the staff is not accommodative / understanding”
