I went today to pick up a few things, the employee who saw to me was extremely rude, he was White, Bald and Male. I was 3p short and only had a £20 note left, he refused to give me any discount what so ever, not even the 3p, I asked him to put it on my card. Again he refused "I'm not putting 3p on card!" He said angrily....

Came down this morning, took the piece I needed replacing no idea of the name, came away with exactly what I needed. Saved some money doing it myself. Good friendly service ?
