“One of the things I love most about this practice is that they have 2 separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, so if there are any nervous felines, they can be kept away from snarls and snaps and likewise, any nervous canines can be shielded from hissing, dominant moggies. On the whole, the service is good and the appointments have generally been on time or within 5-7 minutes after the allotted slot.”
