Well placed for town centre bars and restaurants. Efficient service and good breakfast.

Location and service is great, but the price definitely too high for what you

Only small criticism is the room was onto the Aspley Basin, and when the boats had their fires on, you couldn't have the windows open. But the room was good the staff were all friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

I use the Huddersfield Premier Inn two or three times a year and thoroughly recommend the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, large and very cleanly. They have an adjoining bar and restaurant which I always use for breakfast and tea the prices are very reasonable and the food extremely tasty but more importantly the staff are very friendly, approachable and cant do enough for you to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable. As I said I'm a repeat customer and will continue giving them my businessFood & drinks: The food is very tasty, the plates and cutlery are always clean and the prices very reasonable

We have stayed in the central Premier Inn in Huddersfield on several occasions. The rooms are great and always clean and tidy.If you are staying more than one night, you can request a room clean. The hotel is very central and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there are plenty of cafes in town.Driving out to surrounding tourist attractions is easy so we will definitely be staying again ?

Food at your own risk but worst was radio 2 blaring out all the time in the bar and restaurant area. Why do this to people?

Stayed here in December 2023 had a room on first floor with view of the canal and boats. Although it was busy it was quiet and the room was adequate. Comfy bed, large bathroom. The only thing i would change is what you unpack your clothes onto..no drawers, its a shelves and the way the hangers are were awkward to get clothing on and off. The staff were friendly. As I arrived I couldnt park so just down the road paid £8 from 24 hours, my fault as didnt realize theres parking just ocer the canal aswell to this Premier Inn. The food served here was great would recommend the full english breakfast.

Rooms are a little dated but the staff are really nice. Beds are comfy.

I was in the "shed" which is just across the small car park. Had a fairly big room work a lovely view of the canal. Really peaceful and had a good night's sleep. There are two car parks, a small one or a section at the back of sainsburys car park over the canal bridge.

For parking go to: secret.hills.freed (what three words).Good location, not the best rooms we've had in a Premier inn. It's nice on the canal and near to the city centre but wasn't the cleanest.
