Wish you were back in Nottingham, I've been craving a Wimpy for ages, bacon egg in a bun or the international grill. So yummy. My review is for all the years I went to the Broadmarsh centre restaurant you used to run, it was always good food, I'm 46 now but used to go with my mum when I was a kid every time we went to town. You ran the place properly not like others in Nottingham like the long Eaton one where the lady turned it into a greasy spoon cafe not even serving the proper round bacon for the bacon egg in a bun and just said well this bacon better. Tut tut, no wonder most shut down as they were not being run properly, and lost customers. Not Akram's he did it spot on and I'm sure he still does,

A few years (20+) since I last came to a Wimpy and I wish it was closer. Forgot how good the food was. Far better than the American diner's. You need to try the pork bendy! I did.

Went here yesterday and i have to say this was the best burger i have had from a restaurant. I had a Bacon double cheese burger and it was exceptional. Juicy and well seasoned, i can't recommend this highly enough.The staff were friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, if you happen to be in Huddersfield and feel like a burger, go to Wimpy.

Really clean, staff very polite and attentive, in the right way. Food was better than MacDonalds and the atmosphere was better then the usual fast food chain would certainly return and recommend it.

FANTASTIC. Nice people, lovely food, just brilliant. I miss Wimpy restaurants on every high street - thank goodness this one is still around, I hope people support it so it doesn't end up closing too.

This Wimpy restaurant was certainly worth travelling 95 miles for from Newcastle upon Tyne. We had a mad day out and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It?s been 11 years since I had the chance to visit a Wimpy and the food is second to none. As it always has been. It brought so many wonderful memories from my childhood right up to my 40?s. I now would like a Wimpy in my area. The staff and especially the cook are so welcoming and friendly. I paid one more visit to this restaurant before I left for home. If in Huddersfield seek out this wonderful restaurant, you won?t be disappointed.

The staff were very attentive and polite. The prices are bit dearer than McDonald's but the quality of the food is far superior and you actually feel full after eating it. Also try the shakes, true Heaven.
