I came along to watch their power lifting competition today and was blown away by the sense of community and camaraderie. My son’s confidence and self discipline has developed immensely over the past few months and having spent time watching him at the gym today, I can see why. Everyone supports each other, the atmosphere is relaxed and positive, the membership fee is very reasonable and the facilities are excellent. I can’t recommend Heavy Metal Gym highly enough, the return on my son’s monthly fee is priceless. This is a brilliant place!”

There are lots of different classes to attend which fit in around you and your lifestyle.I attend the Pilates, Body pump and Fat Burner classes. Steve’s attention to detail to correct your technique where necessary ensure you get the best out of the classes without the chance of injury and at a level which is right for you.Steve passion really shines through and gives you the motivation to work hard. I cannot fault the Ilkley Fitness Centre it is a great fun place to go.”
