“The spar in Haworth is absolutely amazing, they have everything you need and the prices are pretty good considering the cost of living crisis. The staff are exceptionally excellent, they help everyone in anyway they possibly can and are always happy. They looked after my sister every time she went round for my mum, this includes being patient with her when she didn’t quite know what she had to get, helping her out when she didn’t understand money and just being overall kind when a lot of other people weren’t. They allowed my mum to leave her car in their car park when she was having clutch problems and couldn’t park down the steep hill she lived on. And just recently a staff member even went out of her way to help find my mums new dog. The only issue I have is that I can’t leave more stars, because honestly they are the kindest loveliest lot and I could never thank them enough, each and everyone of them deserve the world.”

“Brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly. Most notably, when my two young sons weren't behaving one of the staff members was absolutely brilliant and took the time to sit with them and make sure they behaved, with a threat of police taking them outside if they couldn't sit nicely haha, she always says hello when she sees me walk past the bank too. Only had good experiences in here.”

“I have not been to a physical bank branch for ages. I went to the HSBC branch today just to handover some identification documents. A staff called Selena helped me all the way through my application process, she was very efficient and professional. Besides all the formality and legal procedures she was obliged to walk me through, she also gave me advice on other financial products that could help with my situation. I can feel she was very genuine and she truly tried to help as much as possible. I am very grateful for her service today. The experience today makes me kind of missing the old days when we all have to go to the bank at least once a month. It's nice to have that human connection especially with a helpful staff like Selena.”
