We have recently held a 'celebration of life' for my mother-in-law at the Busfeild. I can honestly say that it was perfect. Beth and the team made sure everything ran smoothly for us. The food was plentiful and of really good quality. The team were super friendly to the guests. The venue was clean, warm and a comforting size. As a family, we could not have wished for a better send off for her to share memories with friends and family. Thank you.x

Nice pub, fairly priced drinks and food was sound and good portions. Dog friendly in the bar and conservatory, other eating area looked more formal/nice. A lot of people in on a weekend afternoon so always a good sign!

Menu is cheaper than usual for this kind of pub and the food quality match. It's was very nice though and eating next to the open fire was nice.

Great staff , comfy room, tasty food with generous portions, good beer and decent affordable wine. A very fair price as well. What's not to like!

Good food, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff! My family has been coming here for years (it's been our local for a long time!) & it has had a few owners and makeovers over the years, but the consistent positives are the attentive, welcoming bar staff and the beautiful environment. My only criticism is that on my last visit there was a restrictive deficit of vegetarian/vegan options, making it almost impossible to have anything but falafel (fortunately I love falafel, but not everybody does ?).Never change Busfeild ???Safety: Very safe and friendly, in a typical quiet Yorkshire village!Walkability: In the centre of the village, it is the heart of the place and easy to get to from any part of the area. There is also a bus stop directly opposite.Food & drinks: Food is always delicious and reasonably priced, however there is a big lack of vegetarian options.

Having not seen my friend and work colleague since Covid we met up and went to the Busfeild Arms for out Christmas Dinner. It was lovely and the staff were great.xxFood & drinks: Lovely food we had.

Drink, food, and service are very good.Not very warm in the restaurant, no log burners on and central heating going cool when we arrived and ate around 7.30pm.Don't like looking at baby seats whilst eating or flickering lights in the woodburner. Prefer flickering flames.
