Honestly, buying a used one is not much different than buying a new one, and at the same time we have a 2-year warranty from the manufacturer or replacement with a new one, unlike in these chain stores, you don't know what you are buying and what condition it is in. Sometimes it's better to spend some extra money and buy a new one, but that's my opinion, but everyone buys what is convenient for them and without offending anyone or the chain of stores, this is my opinion

I've never been before yesterday so didn't know what to expect. I had a good experience though.Staff were really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Only reason I dropped a star was because it took a while to test the stuff I was selling. To be fair to the staff they were very clear that would be the case which meant we could go off and do some shopping instead of waiting in the shop.

Went to sell 2 consoles and 3 games, was told after inspection one of the consoles (which was the newest of the 2) wouldn?t connect to Wi-Fi and they couldn?t buy it despite me factory resetting the console less than 3 hours prior whilst connected to my Wi-Fi.Wasn?t very clear about the buy back price just told me a price for everything instead of a break down, when I asked I was told it would be all on my receipt after they inspected the consoles.When I asked for all the items back the staff were very distant and then added as I was leaving like a parting comment that one of my controllers buttons were sticking (it wasn?t and never had been)Took all of it to Game On around the corner who did the same inspection, only 20 minutes after. No issues with connectivity or sticking buttons on controllers and they offered me more than I would have got here.Don?t use this place, as said, take your stuff to Game On around the corner on Hanover Street.

Bad experince all round. 90% of the xbox360 sold here are not working, had to return over 30 in the last past 2 years alone. The store manager seems to has alot of issues, ripping people off while buying old PS1 games, not giving the fair correct prices. Also the way he treats his staff is insanely bad and everyone knows this. Secondly would like to move onto the shaggy haired boy who works here with no name badage on, has a really bad tone with customers and really seems to hate his job. This happens often with him within the store, and it needs to change. Also for god sakes turn the music down, just because its your store managers day off doesnt mean play loud music, get this sorted please.

Don't know the place i was just waiting for a bus back to Burnley after a good day out using my bus pass went to Halifax then Bradford then Keighley then home. ????
