Prescriptions are rarely ready for collection, even if they were sent by Dr surgery 5 or 6 days previously. So today I wasn't supprised as yet againI was asked to come back tomorrow!!! when I questioned why tomorrow? And pointed out that there were zero customers and 3 staff sitting chatting, the girl very rudely getured by curling a lip and rolling her eyes, she said "only got it yesterday " obviously an untruth, I informed her that it was issued on Tuesday its now Sunday, she folded her arms and pulled a face, then reluctantly said I could come back in 20 mins,As I left the shop having agreed to return in 20mins, she called me back and asked " so do you want to come back tomorrow? " unbelievable!!!! I very carefully and clearly informed her again that I would wait in the car for 20 mins and return and I'd expect the meds ready at that time... she rolled her eyes as I spoke. Incredibly rude. Aggressive tone and body language. not customer service in my opinion.When I returned she snapped loudly "ADDRESS?" Then banged the bag of meds on the counter and stood lip curled arms folded and glared at me.Rude unprofessional and lazy .As I say this happens regularly not a one off.

Poor service from the woman who works on the counter, not friendly at all no customer service skills. The older pharmacist who works there however has always been great.

Genuinely never been greeted with a ?hello? or a smile, or eye contact here! Never met a team with such contempt for customers. Genuinely hate going here as have never been made to feel so uncomfortable doing something so simple.You just get spoken at and down too, each one of them!

Terrible customer service by member of staff Mabz who failed to give my prescription correctly resulting in a return visit.He then proceeded to shout at me reducing me to tears.I have used this pharmacy for years without problem.I feel further urgent training is required by this member of staff

Staff are so rude and unhelpful. They can?t seem to get any medication but can?t be bothered to inform you even when it is important or they have had the prescription for days. Mostly they ignore customers and the wait is crazy when they don?t ask you to go back! I will be changing my chemist for one with manners and an interest in helping customers. Disgusting doesn?t cover it!

Very poor service, just called to offer rolls for the card macine and the staff completely messed about, shouting and singing down the phone, I will be making a formal complaint as I have the name Amele Hussain to head office, calls are all recordede

Helpful people who are open more hours than they are closed. It?s sometimes busy, with a queue, but better than bigger high street pharmacies and certainly more helpful and accessible.

In a nutshell ?. It is a very unfriendly unwelcoming environment. The staff (who serve on the counter) are not blatantly rude but they need to learn some interpersonal skills. A smile would be nice. I know they?re busy but I had 2 unpleasant visits. A long wait to be served after several staff made eye contact with me and nothing else, no acknowledgment I was waiting and no apology for any delay. On a second visit I confirmed my details loudly over 2 counters, other customers could hear my name, address, details of some of my usual medications and what I had ordered. I felt very uncomfortable about this. I am not in a hurry to visit again.

Tends not to open on time, twice I arrived at 0730 for opening (before my work day) and twice it was not open. Suggest they revise their advertised hours or address the opening. Otherwise it's good, the staff are actually very nice.

As someone who has had to go to a pharmacy on a weekly basis for many years I have alot of experience with different pharmacists and staff. The head pharmacist here is the best I have ever met.He makes time for anyone who needs it, when difficulties arise (prescriptions not arriving, running out of medications) he does everything he can to rectify and always has an excellent demeanor with customers.It can be a stressful job and you can get difficult customers but if you treat him and his staff with respect you will have a positive experience at this pharmacy.My personal experience has been to do with treating a mental health issue and having such kind, patient and understanding care from a pharmacist makes a huge difference to me. In the past (at other pharmacys) I have ended up feeling like a nuisance and an annoyance because I have to go in so regularly and some places made me feel so bad for going in that I stopped going and didn't get the treatment I needed.I hope that helps explain why I think its important to have good customer service at pharmacy's and I truly have had outstanding service here. I feel thankful to the head pharmacist, he is always a pleasure to see.

Thank you so much for being so passionate and helpful. Our household having a covid, no family or friends around. Rang pharmacy today. They kindly accept to deliver my prescribed medication and some extras as we all poorly and must isolate at home. Very friendly and polite staff, professional and helpful. Thank you so much
