“We have recently had a new kitchen from Lemon Squeezy and we are absolutely delighted with it. From calling in to discuss our plans to the final fitting was completely seamless. What I really appreciate is that with local companies when you have a query or want to tweak the design you are always speaking to the same person, not the case with the large corporate suppliers. The quality of the kitchen is first class and all involved with the fitting worked tirelessly. They. will be fitting our new bathroom next year.”

“Lazy staff on their mobile phones, one in particular refused repeatedly to support looking at for a stool on the 4 times of asking..:then used toxic language shouting intimidatory language when my husband found the stool he said they didn’t carry at all…then had the effrontery to walk straight up to the manager and I as we were speaking asking “Can I help”…wow what a dreadful member of staff who clearly can get away with bad attitude and bad behaviour…and being lazy while having a personal chat on his phone on the shop floor…?? I feel for the lovely manager having to deal with and at the same time do the jobs his staff like this one should be doing…thank you to the manager ?”

“Very helpful & friendly staff. In days of rude & uninterested sales assistants it comes as a breath of fresh air to visit this store. Not only are the staff friendly & welcoming but are both polite & efficient. I had expected to collect an order at the Keighley store in Sainsburys but it was incorrectly labled. It was delivered to the Sainsburys store by mistake. The Argos staff located it & called me to arrange collection within 30 minutes of my contacting them. I think many sales staff could learn a great deal about customer service by visiting this store, the manager & his staff are a credit to Argos.”
