I have not been to a physical bank branch for ages. I went to the HSBC branch today just to handover some identification documents. A staff called Selena helped me all the way through my application process, she was very efficient and professional. Besides all the formality and legal procedures she was obliged to walk me through, she also gave me advice on other financial products that could help with my situation. I can feel she was very genuine and she truly tried to help as much as possible. I am very grateful for her service today. The experience today makes me kind of missing the old days when we all have to go to the bank at least once a month. It's nice to have that human connection especially with a helpful staff like Selena.

Went down to set up a standing order from my hsdc bank to my other HSBC account while I was in apparently my signature that I've used all my life didn't match bearing in mind I had just been on my account in the branch I wasn't taking money out just trying to set up a standing order I have two accounts with them and my mortgage with them next time I go down in closing all my accounts down and changing my mortgage I've had enough of the Keighley branch

Don't bother trying to call as no one will answer. I have an appointment to cancel but don't have mobile banking it becomes impossible to get in touch. The worst music I have ever heard plays and this will just put off older customers. It's ok though, just won't turn up to the appointment and if they get in touch I will thank them and ask them to close the account.

It's OK but, things like the switch operated front door doesn't open fully, the counters are too high for wheelchair users, etc. It looks nice and was empty when I went it, but then I'm not surprised.
