Pretty poor. Waited 30 minutes in a long queue, almost missing an appointment that the printed bank statement we wanted was required for. All because they only have 2 desks and only 1 person working on them - other staff busy trying to redirect all their customers to machines. Talk about shooting themselves in the foot.I've increased my feedback rating as the lady on the counter kindly accepted coins my husband was paying in from donations to a charity, instead of requiring them all to be bagged (which couldn't be done as there weren't enough coins for each bag).Constructive feedback - put more staff on the counters and increase the number of counters.

Horrible service staff were incredibly rude and failed to acknowledge the issues with my banking, most notable the woman with short hair at the desk, was brushed off to the machines(even though I was 1 of 2 people in store) as I could get what I wanted to do there, even after explaining it had no idea how to!

Nice bank I have never had any problems with this bank so far. ? . I have now been job searching for a part time job . I have achieved being a full time unpaid carer for my mum. I will be finished my college studies after 3 years.

Brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly. Most notably, when my two young sons weren't behaving one of the staff members was absolutely brilliant and took the time to sit with them and make sure they behaved, with a threat of police taking them outside if they couldn't sit nicely haha, she always says hello when she sees me walk past the bank too. Only had good experiences in here.

My preferred banking destination. Great customer service and staff are always at hand to assist. Even with computerized self serving booths they still have more staff then other local banks.I also like that bright lighting inside the store as oppose to say Barclays and HSBC (which feel cold). I recently had a banking appointment and i must say Joe was gracious in his dealing with me. Its good thing too as i do both personal and business banking here. :)
